1. Services
Elite Tint Specialist provides professional mobile window tinting services for automotive, residential, commercial, and marine applications across Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All services and appointment dates are subject to availability and confirmation of your service ZIP code.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided online, through our chat widget, or over the phone are estimates based on the vehicle, glass, film option, and location information you provide. Final pricing will be confirmed upon physical inspection of the vehicle, architectural glass, or vessel. Free mobile service is included within 20 miles of Fort Lauderdale; a travel fee may apply beyond that radius and will be communicated prior to booking. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Because we operate as a mobile service that travels directly to your location, timely access is essential. We request that your vehicle, residence, commercial workspace, or vessel be accessible at the scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to be present or provide access at your scheduled time without advance notice may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
4. Warranties
We stand behind our work. Manufacturer warranties apply to the professional window films we install (covering material defects such as bubbling, peeling, or delamination, subject to the manufacturer's published terms). Our labor coverage addresses installation-related defects from the date of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, glass breakage, misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized film removal, or normal wear and tear.
5. Vehicle & Site Condition
For automotive appointments, we ask that you provide a reasonably clean vehicle and a safe, shaded, or sheltered workspace (such as a garage or covered driveway) whenever feasible to minimize airborne dust. Excessive dirt, pet hair, debris, or old adhesive may incur an additional cleaning or film-removal fee before services can be performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing glass or vehicle flaws, including scratches, chips, defroster grid defects, or interior wear.
6. Aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential for the curing and longevity of window film. We provide specific aftercare instructions upon completion of your installation (including observing full curing windows and avoiding rolling down windows or using ammonia-based glass cleaners). Failure to follow these aftercare instructions may void your warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Tint Specialist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services or website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
